Happy Tuesday! I hope you all had a great weekend and that your week is off to a good start. To me, today feels a little bit like a Monday, because I took yesterday off work. I decided to take a little staycation (more on that in another post!), so I guess you could say, I took my own advice. I did a little bit of shopping, spent some time outdoors, hung out with friends and got some “stuff” done. It was fabulous!

Right now, it seems like every single blogger on the planet is talking about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I’ve yet to shop the sale in person (hopefully next year, since they’re opening a few locations near me very soon), but judging from what I’ve seen online, it truly is worth the hype. Even though I’ve been doing some online window shopping at Nordstrom, I haven’t placed any orders. Instead, I’ve been doing some damage at Aritzia. They always have great summer sales and this year is no exception.
I’ve made a few trips to Aritzia in the last couple of weeks and have picked up some great pieces. So far, the Zlata Sweater is one of my favourite finds of the season. It’s the perfect summer cardigan because it’s comfy, flattering, lightweight and versatile. It looks cute with a simple summer dress, or with a pair of jeans.
