Winter can do a number on your body, both mentally and physically. Between the short days and the lack of sunshine, the darkness is seemingly endless. Quite frankly, it’s depressing. I have a lot less energy during the winter. I’ve always been a homebody, but staying in during the winter months is that much more appealing to me. Going out is great and all, but I really love my nights in. These nights are extremely low-key and usually involve hours on my laptop and iPhone. That may sound lame to some people, but I need nights like that.
