Winter can do a number on your body, both mentally and physically. Between the short days and the lack of sunshine, the darkness is seemingly endless. Quite frankly, it’s depressing. I have a lot less energy during the winter. I’ve always been a homebody, but staying in during the winter months is that much more appealing to me. Going out is great and all, but I really love my nights in. These nights are extremely low-key and usually involve hours on my laptop and iPhone. That may sound lame to some people, but I need nights like that.
I also put a lot of emphasis on making time for my winter night-time skincare routine, especially as a friend of mine recommended I looked into companies such as cbd pure.
When it comes to skincare products, I know that going for natural products would be beneficial, considering the benefits they could have on the skin. For example, using products consisting of Aloe Vera can help with inflammation, just like Tea Tree Oil. Just like I was, she was also trying to step up her skincare game. She was looking into creating a K-beauty routine, especially as she has been neglecting her skin for some time. I’ve heard quite a bit about this and using Korean skincare is all about adding moisture back to the skin, which is what she said she needed. She thought she would give me a few tips and products to give a go. I love skincare, so I am willing to try anything that can help improve my skin for the winter.
If you are like me and are always looking to up your skin game, especially during the winter, it may be worth checking out this website and taking it from there. Skincare is always important to me, I saw a dermatologist when I was younger and had trouble with my skin, but now I have my own routine I have realized my skin requires a bit more love during the winter. After all, the cold air can really do a number on my poor face!
Depending on the needs of my skin, I like to switch up the products and techniques I use. Here’s a little peak into the products and tools I’ve been using lately, as a part of my winter night-time skincare routine:
