These days, I’ve been really digging the turtleneck. More evidence that the 90’s are back, right? It’s been ages since I’ve worn a turtleneck, but I’m always open to try (or re-try) a new silhouette. This season, Gap has a ton of great turtlenecks, including the beautiful Merino wool turtleneck sweater, which I bought last week. It’s gorgeous on its own and makes a great layering piece. If you’re looking to add a turtleneck or two to your wardrobe without breaking the bank, I’m sharing my top 5 picks for turtleneck sweaters under 100 dollars:

How to wear a turtleneck sweater:
One of the great things about turtlenecks is that they’re so easy to style! As I already mentioned, turtlenecks are perfect for layering. If you’re heading to the office, a turtleneck sweater looks gorgeous with a classic black blazer and a pencil skirt. For a holiday cocktail party, add a bold statement necklace and introduce some glitter. (I suggest you check out these gorgeous sequin leggings from Express). Of course, if you’re like me and spend more days dressed down, a turtleneck sweater looks cute with a puffy vest. I also think it would look great with the boucle slouchy cardigan that I wore in my last post.
