It’s FRIDAY! This week has been busy because I’m part of the Spark Sessions team this year, and the conference is this weekend. This will be my third time attending the conference! If you’re curious to learn more, I posted a Spark Sessions recap, in 2014. Looking back, I can’t believe how much has changed. Even though it was only two years ago, that was the first time I met another blogger “in real life.” Now, I hang out with other bloggers on a regular basis! The blogging industry has grown a lot since then, and I’ve come a long way, too. I’ve been fortunate to have worked with some great brands, including the Canadian retailer, Le Chateau. They sent me over a gift card, so I did a little bit of shopping and picked up a beautiful fall cardigan coat.
What I’m Wearing
It has been a number of years since I’ve shopped at Le Chateau. I associated it with my younger days, because it was one of the stores that I shopped at when I had a semi-formal events at school. Obviously, the styles have since changed, as has my taste in clothing – thank goodness!
Le Chateau still carries a lot of dresses, but they also have a lot of clothing that’s well-suited for the office. If you’re on the hunt for dress pants, tailored blouses and trench coats, they’ve got you covered. Since I don’t work in a corporate environment, my personal style is typically a lot more casual. This is why, I gravitated to this gorgeous fall cardigan coat (referred to as a ‘coatigan‘ on their website). They also carry some incredibly affordable and trendy accessories, as well as gorgeous shoes and boots.

In other news, I’ve been itching to create more video content to share with you. I recently partnered with dubdub, which is an app that lets you edit and share video from your phone. As someone who isn’t great at video editing, I can say, dubdub is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use. You can download the app from the app store and then be sure to follow me. I’ll be sharing more in the weeks to come! Let me know what you think!
