For me, the summer is the busiest time of the year, so these last few weeks have been jam packed! I’ve had a number of events and meetings to attend through work, multiple blogging and media events, weddings, bridal showers, and softball games. Through all of these events, I’ve been meeting a lot of new people.
As much as I love to meet new people, it’s difficult because I always want to make a great first impression. While I try to adapt my mannerisms to the context of each situation, my overall goal is the same. I want to come off as a friendly, approachable, and confident person. Do you know what goes a long way to create this impression? A smile.
Even though I attend meetings and events on a regular basis, I still get nervous before they begin. I try to remind myself that most people go into these situations feeling the same way I do. Like with so many things in life, confidence is key. Fake it ’til you make it, right? Well, one of the ways I give myself a boost of confidence is by ensuring my smile is the best it can be…and the Colgate* Optic White TM/MC product line is one of my secrets to a #DesignerSmile.
I’ve used the Colgate* Optic White TM/MC Toothbrush + Built-In Whitening Pen before, and loved the results. Because of my past experience, I was very excited when Colgate recently sent me the complete line of products, including the new Colgate* Optic White* Platinum TM/MC High Impact White TM/MC Toothpaste and Colgate* Optic White TM/MC High Impact White TM/MC Mouthwash.
If you use all three products together, you’ll get whiter teeth in one day! (1) It sounds hard to believe, but these products really work. Anyhow, what’s been working for me has been using the Colgate* Optic White* Platinum TM/MC High Impact White TM/MC Toothpaste and the Colgate* Optic White TM/MC Toothbrush + Built-In Whitening Pen once a day, in the morning. The gel sits on my teeth while I do my hair and makeup, and leaves my breath feeling minty and fresh. At night, I’ve been sticking with my sensitivity toothpaste, simply because I’ve experienced problems in the past when I stopped using it. I’ve also been using the Colgate*Optic White TM/MC High Impact White TM/MC Mouthwash every couple of days or so before the toothbrush and pen.
My whiter, brighter smile not only gives me the extra boost of confidence I need before meeting a new group of people, but I also feel as though it’s the reason I’m comfortable enough to rock a bold lip. Bold lipstick does draw a lot of attention to your teeth, so you have to be prepared. If you’re still unsure about your teeth check out Fort Wayne Dentist. Sometimes you need an experts advice.
Have you used any of these products before?
