One of my favourite things to do while I’m in Florida (besides soak up as much sun as possible) is to shop.
It’s always nice to hit some of the stores that we don’t have in Canada, but it’s also the time of year that you come across a lot of great deals. The only issue is that I get distracted by the deals and find myself buying things because they’re a good deal, and not because I actually want them.
This happens a lot at one of my favourite places to shop in Florida – the Sak’s Off 5th outlet. We don’t have anything like this store at home, and I just love that you can find some great stuff that you wouldn’t necessarily find anywhere else.
They usually have a pretty decent handbag section, and this year was no exception. I found this bright pink Rebecca Minkoff bag, and it seemed like a good deal, and a cute bag, so I bought it. I even decided to give it a test drive in the outfit photos I took that day.
Later, when I was looking over what I bought, I realized I probably didn’t “need” the bag. I know we don’t usually “need” anything, but I really didn’t think I’d use it because it’s so small and doesn’t have any pockets. When my wallet basically filled the whole thing up, I decided to take it back.
Is it bad that I sort of wish I kept the bag, after seeing the photos?
